Our Community Partners

We donate food to our community partners who in turn work with the food insecure in our community to help ensure that they receive quality and fresh produce.

Check out our Produce Reports to see how much food we have donated to our community partners!

FISH Carson City

FISH is a NV non-profit established in May 1979, to help those in need.  FISH does not rely on the government for funding. 98% of our multi-million dollar budget is funded through the local community via donations and grants, saving millions of dollars in taxes for the communities that we serve.

We have found that by creating a stable living environment, and providing nutritious meals our clients find a renewed hope.  With hope, clients can more accurately assess their behaviors and skills, and develop a willingness to change behaviors and improve their skills.  Clients create goals and FISH holds them accountable. As clients achieve small goals, we work on bigger goals, like developing skills to move from minimum wage jobs to meaningful careers.

CIRCLES logo.jpg

The Capital City C.I.R.C.L.E.S. Initiative is a cooperative community effort to elevate people out of poverty by intentionally creating relationships across class lines, and empowering people in poverty to chart their own course toward self-sufficiency.

“In a world of unpredictability, Capital City C.I.R.C.L.E.S. Initiative (CCCI), envisions a community with no working families living in generational poverty. Any individual that is willing to take responsibility for lifting themselves out of poverty has ready access to the resources and support they need to thrive and not just survive.”
