Downtown Beautification
Every spring, The Greenhouse Project grows petunias and puts together the baskets that brighten Carson City's downtown through the summer months.
The Greenhouse Project gives community members the opportunity to sponsor petunia baskets that hang in the Carson City downtown corridor through from June 1st - October 1st. This is a major project for the organization as we plant the seeds in February and care for the petunias until they are transferred downtown in June. The students in the Plant Science class at Carson High are a huge help.
We have 80 baskets available for sponsorship!

Are you interested in sponsoring a basket for summer 2024? Fill out the form here and mail it in with a check. Please also fill out and mail in a form if you are renewing your sponsorship from 2023. The deadline for ordering is February 28th, 2024, if not all baskets are claimed before then.
